Bullying And Accountability

In response to the article, "School leadership and Counselors Working Together to Address Bullying"(Austin, Reynolds, & Barnes, 2012), there is both agreement and disagreement with their argument. The authors argue, that a school-wide approach and examining policies are needed to stop bullying, however, more action and a deeper layer is missing and are needed by implementing accountability into the programs. Accountability means that someone is responsible for their own actions. The answers are found in the article:
