Gestures: By the way a person stands it can tell you exactly what they are thinking inside, if they are shy, outgoing, feelings, nervousness. This also can tell you about their preferred personal space. For me to be able to get a job at American Eagle I had to go through with an interview where they asked questions about if I was capable for this job. Then after I had to help a costumer fined what they are looking for and also try to sell them conceivably an item that was not the main reason why they came in the store to begin with. In order to do this I had to read their body language to see if my help was wanted or if they were even happy with my help. Just form my first impression I had to decide what they would be most interested in by the way they were already dressed or the items that were already in their hands. These are key indicators of what we want to look at for a person that is need of help in the social work world. This will prepare me to be a social worker because 1.
