My whole life was changed when I was taken to see a Psychiatrist at the Dakota Boys Ranch. For this reason I decided to major in Psychology when I registered at Valley City State. I plan to use this degree to become a Psychiatrist. I want to be able to help other kids with disabilities just like I was helped. Becoming a Psychiatrist comes with a lot of steps. This includes many years of school. In order to become a Psychiatrist a four year degree in Psychology is required. After that a doctorate is required. Whichever state I decide to work in I will be getting paid well. The location of jobs is also not a problem in either state. In North Dakota there is the North Dakota Boys Ranch to work. This is where I would prefer to work because I know it. I do not know the exact locations of jobs in Colorado, but the location quotient is good. According to Occupational Employment and Wages, May 2014 29-1066 Psychiatrists, the location quotient is 0.89. This is the average for the country. I believe that because of these statistics it will not be hard to find a job. A Psychiatrist uses a few different technologies. Other than the Medical software I know how to work all of these software. I do not expect for this to be an issue. There are however a few issues that and other predictions that I can think

Growing up in one of the poorest regions of the United States has taught me two things; one, we are not defined by stereotypes, and two, hardships are made to be overcome. Nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains, Middlesboro, KY sits on the Kentucky, Tennessee, and Virginia border. The multicolored fall foliage and the vivid green mountains in the spring are disserved by the descriptor spectacular. My roots are firmly nestled in the Cumberland Gap where Daniel Boone started his journey to the West decades ago. I am proud to call myself an Appalachian-American.…
