This is a case study demonstrating the process for identifying effective assistive technology for a student. In this case, David, is a ninth grade student enrolled in all inclusion classes. He is classified on the autism spectrum disorder and with anxiety disorder. The objective of the case is to identify assistive technology that will meet the needs of David, by matching his strengths with the technology to aid in overcoming his weaknesses; specifically, to help David independently record, track and complete all assignments in the appropriate time line.
