Some of the ways in which people can deal with these struggles are though a healthy outlet such as art. Art is the expression of the soul and your inner feelings birthed into creation. Art allows you to let loose and express all you feel whether it be in words or not. Sometimes there can be a song that explains exactly the same situation you are in and you play it on repeat and sing along to it, working through your emotions that way is a common thing to happen in this generation. Others prefer to dance and express their emotions through dance and show the world their pain or joy. Showing others is a good way to get things out because you never know if someone else is going through a similar situation. Another form of art is poetry and storytelling. Sometimes the same music you listen to that helps you work through your emotions is a piece of someone else that wrote their way out of a painful situation. Photography itself can be relaxing and rewarding, capturing the beauty within another person or object is something special. The next form of art is the most basic form of all.
