I agree that there needs to be a curfew for minors in all states. The crime rate, teen pregnancy rate, and the death rate in minors would not be as high if there were a curfew. I remember as a child I was to be home by dark or either with the street lights came on. Today, parents do not care when their children are home or care what they are out doing.
