The book was written by Edmund Bourne who specializes in disorders such as anxiety, phobia and treats them. Bourne has over 10 books all focused on disorders helping people all around the world. The main purpose and dedication of the book is to anyone who has struggled with anxiety or an incomprehensible fear. There were several contents within the book with first explaining in depth detail of what the disorders are as most people really don’t understand how bad someone is affected by it. One of Edmund Bourne’s main concern was to really show how to cope with the disorder and manage it for a better mental health.
