Today I read chapters two, three, and half of four which was about an hour and forty-five minutes of reading. In these chapters, there was a meeting called for the citizens where Telemachus, Odysseus’s son, explains his problem to the men about the suitors taking advantage of their home; although, Antinous disagrees with Telemachus and claims it is Penelope’s fault for not choosing a husband. The suitors also find evidence that Penelope has been lying to them about promising to marry one of the suitors when she finishes weaving shroud, but they found her unraveling the shroud every night. Telemachus and Athena arrive at Pylos to be welcomed to a sacrifice to Poseidon. With the help of Athena, who is still disguised as Mentor, Telemachus makes
