The second they arrived at the castle Elizabeth jumped out of the carriage and ran into her bedroom where she cried herself to sleep. From there Elizabeth's life only became worse two days later she married the prince whose name she finally learned was Christopher Bennett. The two kingdoms became one, but she could never forget how Patrick looked into her eyes or how he embraced her and most of all she could never forget the way he passionately kissed her. Christopher was a good man who truly cared for Elizabeth, but she never truly loved him. Christopher could carry her handkerchief as he jousted he could have screamed her name from the rooftops yet the princess could never love him. My body shot up heating the top of my head on the desk I rubbed my hands through my dark brown hair trying to see if a bump was forming, but when I brought my hands back down I saw they were drowned in a lake of my own blood. I crawled out from under the foul smelling desk and was about to run when the old man grabbed my left arm. The man's grip around my arm was like an anaconda wrapping itself around its prey I eventually realized I could escape so I stopped fighting. The old man let go out of my arm and pulled several vials and test tubes out of the desk. He put the glass containers on the desk and grabbed three jars off the shelves. The first jar contained a liquid about the same color as squid ink, the second jar was filled to the top with chicken feet, and the third jar was loaded with the eyes of a lizard. “It would appear that you are bleeding do not worry a little cut like that shouldn't be that hard to get rid of.” The man told me to sit down I did as he practically ordered me to do and watched as the old man placed his right hand on the top of my head. A beam of dark purple energy leaked out of the man's hand and caused the cut on my head to close up. With that done the old man who looked like a Merlin ripoff with his
