Mood disorders are characterized by period depression that alternate with periods of manic. Manic episode could last for days. Someone who is in the state of manic has powerful emotions and they just want to release them. They could feel immense joy or feel irritable. Socially, the person who is suffering a manic episode doesn’t realize that they are acting childish and arrogant. Since they are acting immature it may lead to overwhelm the people around them and push them away from their site. In job wise, a manic episode could affect your whole career because if you can 't control your emotions you may act crazy or ignorant during work.The boss usually won’t want to deal with it. In conclusion, they would fire the person and they would have to start all over again. Also, during a manic episode people are out of control and tend to waste all their money and
