3.1 Materials
The main material that used was sodium dodecyl sulphate and Zebrafish embryo. SDS was purchased from Sigma Aldrich with concentration of 99.95%. The embryo of the zebrafish larva was obtained by breeding the adult zebrafish in the laboratory. Furthermore, the other basic materials that was used including aquarium tanks, breeding tanks, water filter, fish food pellet and Instant Ocean Salt. While for the measurement tools that used were pH meter, cylinder, pipette, petri dish, egg water, water bath, microscope and camera. 3.2 Maintenance of water and tanks
The zebrafish was maintained in the carbon filtered water. About 10% from the total volume of water in the tank was changed weekly in order to maintain the water quality. Then, the water was changed immediately if the water already dirty with the food and waste from the zebrafish. This step was prevented the zebrafish from got infected by. The zebrafish was isolated quickly if it showed abnormality or sicked, and treatment was given until it becomes normal again.

These two pH solutions were used to increase and to decrease the egg water’s pH by ±0.5 concentration. Firstly, the pH of egg water (medium for zebrafish larvae) was recorded by using Hanna pH meter. Then, about 500 ml of egg water was poured into two different beakers in order to prepared two different pH of egg water solution. Next, the pH down solution was dropped slowly by using a pippetor into the 500 ml of egg water in order to decrease pH to -0.5, and then the pH of egg water were recorded. These steps were repeated several times until the desired pH of egg water was obtained. However, in order to increase pH of egg water, the pH up solution were dropped into the egg water and the pH changed was recorded by using pH meter. Then, these steps also were repeated until the desired pH of egg water was
