Patients have a right to getting health care services that are effective. The policies dictate the quality of health care services that ought to be disseminated at a health care facility. The lobbyists ensure that the government implement polices that promote the effective delivery of health interventions that will alleviate the pain and suffering amongst the patients. Through this kind of lobbying, the patients are able to benefit from timely and effective delivery of health services. In addition, issues associated with staffing and the allocations of medical equipment to the hospitals are also advocated for with the sole aim of making the patients benefit from the health services (Milsted,
