The telephone can be defined in so many different ways, but for the purpose of this paper, it will be defined as a device that has the ability to convert different form of electrical and sound waves put together into a signal that can be heard between two different people or more (conference call) using the telephone. In a nutshell, the telephone is a system that is used to transmit voice messages through electric signals. Almost all industries if not all, depend on the power of the telephone as the platform for their communication. The use of the telephone require no formal training, although some establishments or organization who uses sophisticated systems might require the user to under a kind of orientation on their telephone system in order for the individual to understand how to manipulate the system.
