Caritas is a Catholic Organisation for aid and development. Caritas Australia first opened up in 1964 to help voice the people who do not have a voice so that they can get the essentials to live a good and healthy life. Caritas follow the values and principles, Dignity of the human person, Solidarity, Economic justice, Stewardship of creation, the common good, subsidiarity and participation, preferential option of the poor and promotion of peace.
