Reduce the intake of red meat.
Red meat usually have high cholesterol levels. However, white meat normally has low cholesterol levels. This is the reason why you should minimize the intake of red meat.
2. Replace all the saturated fats with low fat foods.
It is important that you replace all the saturated fats with low foods so that you can lower tour cholesterol levels. Some of the low fat foods include: skim milk, light cheese, baked chips and so on.
3. Increase the amount of fiber
You should take foods that are high in fiber such as whole grain cereals, fruits and vegetables. This will go a long way in removing the dietary fats and lower your cholesterol
