One of my primary functions as a Residential Service Coordinator is to be available 24/7 for residents, their families, and personnel. This leads to a great sense of stress and tension if is not balance adequate. In my first year of employment, while I was adapting to this type of responsibility, I pass to drastic changes, not only physically but mentally as well. Physically, I gain around twenty pounds, and mentally I was always tired and in a bad mood at all times. After multiples attempt to balance personal life and work, I learn to maximize my time at work in order to reduce the needs of been reach after office hours. For many years, I have seen college-educated personal failure in this area, presenting their resignation in a matter of months of after been hired.
