The EPA Standards for Ph is, 1-6 acidic/ 7 neutral/ 8-14 base.

EPA standards are important because with all this information you can determine whether your water is polluted or not. You can also determine whether the water is clean enough to drink if there is no clean water available. The positive results of this test are, Dissolved Oxygen, Calcium, Nitrate-Nitrogen, and Turbidity. These are the only 4 tests that came out positive. Otherwise the other ones came out negative. In the creek, the pollutants must have come from, Grass Fertilizers. Near the creek there was a big land with grass and that land must have had fertilizers in it in order to stay green. Another reason why the creek may have been polluted because of, Sewage Treatment. In the creek there was a small tunnel which most likely carried sewage wastes. After testing the water I would rate the water 4/10. That's because the water is very polluted. This water is undrinkable. The rating that was given in the beginning of the lake test was 5/10 but now after testing the water shows that the water is polluted, the lake has been given 4/10 instead of
