Honoring: Not The Fallen East Los Angeles College has a lot of student support job services. One of those great programs includes the veteran benefits program. Actually in order to qualify for the Veterans Advantage program the student must have served 181 days on active duty. As a result the center is located at the main campus on E1-142. This center was design and establish to help out veterans on receiving job reference orientations, shelter affairs programs and college enrollment services.
Are you a veteran without a job? Or an education? Or maybe don't know where to start? Well don't keep going any further. The benefit center offers veterans orientations on how to obtain a job and if it wasn’t much the center is now also helping young women from the ages 16 to 18 years of age to obtain job services. The best part is that they don’t need to be a veteran to take advantage of this benefit. With that in mind that’s a wonderful way to help veterans get inspire to study and better their education.
