Once she opens her eyes she must adjust her eyes and try not to get up fast in order to not feel dizzy again. “When will it end?” the women asks.

“I do not know what started my BPPV, my doctor asked me if I got head trauma, although I don’t know if I had a severe head injury. All I know for sure is that the crystals were dislodged from my ear canal.” Many people diagnosed with a vestibular disorder do not know the cause to their condition, and specialists say that it could have been produced by a minor injury and at times without knowing the reason for the illness, can really take a toll on them. It happened to Ms. Baltazar as she would think over and over about why she got vertigo if she took care of herself and always tried to be healthy. She says, “It’s horrible what these disorders can do to a person. Many have been affected physically and emotionally. These illnesses can really damage a person’s personal activities, and relationships with families and friends.” No one deserves to suffer, and there are always people who can help with these problems.
