According to Bronfenbrenner microsystem is the side to the person and whom they have non-stop interaction with. A few illustrations would be home or work. A microsystem normally incorporate family or parental figures. As such, responses to the general population in your microsystem will influence how they treat you consequently. He made us believe that not any of us chose to be born/raised in the families we live in and things that surrounded us. The Bronfenbrenner’s model of child development has four important factors, which are Person factors, Process factors, Contexts as well as Time.

The microsystem includes the child’s interaction and relationships with his direct surroundings. How the child interact with his immediate surroundings will have an effect on how he grows, when the child is respectful and calm his surroundings will treat him with respect and will also encourage him, however if the child’s beliefs and values contradict with that of his surroundings he is likely to affect the beliefs of others.
