This can be used in Mr blues case, Mr blue should be treated fairly just like anyone else regardless of his age, gender, disability, ethnic group, religious beliefs and sexuality. He should be able to contribute to the society just like anyone else, there should be no discrimination as this is illegal to discriminate according to the equality act 2010, which protect people of all different ethnic background against discriminating at work ,schools and in all different organisations including health care as well.
