The Genocide is always supported by the government and require a lot of preparation before it is put into action, sometime trial are made to check if everything will go as planned. Being supported by the government that is what brings difficulties in preventing the genocide. According to UN former general secretary “Koffi Annan” understanding the way the genocide occurs and learning to recognize signs that could lead to the genocide are important in making sure that such tragedy do not happen again.
