For example the kids always wanted to go and see him and they shouldn’t because he isn’t harm them. Also he gave Scout a blanket when her and Jem where in front of his house when Mss. Maudie’s house was on fire. He did this to protect the kids and to protect Scout because it was cold out. The last example is at the end of the book where he killed Bob Ewell to protect the kids from getting injured or killed by Bob. Boo saved Jem and Scouts lives at the end of the book. The kids get gifts from this tree and they want to know how these gifts got here. The kids just keep taking the gifts from the tree and they think they are amazing gifts. The gifts are special to the kids because it was someone secret giving the kids gifts for no reason. The tree is also like the mockingbird because Nathan Radley filled the tree with cement for know reason. Nathan said because it was already dieing but the tree was perfectly fine.
