TMO main focus is to see to the proper movement of cargo with delivery to end user being the final result. The addition of the receiving section will add also the warehouse managers, which are manager in the Supply Career field and are no end users, as customers of TMO. Their needs and expectation must align properly with TMO own approach to movement and fast flow of cargo from our possession to customer. The cross functional team including Supply career field will ensure these expectations are reasonably, if not ideally met.
