In human development I noticed how literacy rates were affected, life expectancy decreased, and less women in were empowered in my third world country. I was also able to notice the differences economically and how first world countries were so much more privileged financially making near double the profits that a third world brought in. I believe the reasons for third world countries such as india to be underdeveloped because they may be illerate or lack the education to better themselves, the abundance of people and continualy growing population, and the way that their government is ran using methods such as the “trickle down” system, which would hurt countless amounts of people. To provide any means of hope I believe there needs to be a change in how the entire system is ran. Maybe then would the people of India actually have a chance at living a normal life. I think that first world countries such as Japan have become so successful because of higher means of education, the fact that we have forms of government that actually treat people equally, and that in these countries people are able to give opinions and votes for things that can possibly be changed. If a country like say Japan were to do anything to hinder or hurt its success I would say i would be to apply any new reforms taking more money from middle or lower
