The Texans are so inconsistent from year-to-year, it's almost remarkable that they stand 1-2, tied for last in the AFC South and 31st in the league in passing yards. Equally as worrying, Houston’s home opener against the Jaguars was disastrous, a 29-7 loss that sent the starting quarterback debate into a spiral of both confusion and misery for Houston fans.
Realistically, the Colts are in rebuild mode and Houston, should they stay on their current path to destruction, needs a major offensive makeover at the end of the season.
Tennessee has reasons to get excited. Unfortunately, a lot of that excitement stems from the potential to shine in one of the NFL’s weakest divisions, where the once laughing stock Jaguars are early contenders. Watch for a division title race between the Titans and Jags this season.
