The first job means that you start to get a feel for the workplace and understand its structure. The core of who I begin when I started this job. These helped me align my values and what I searched in the workplace. Integrity in workplace is key. My job lacked structure and consistency in implementation of policies. I found myself in ethical dilemmas but was not sure to start the right choice due to lack of policies of the store. I often found myself in compromising situations. The labor was not spread out efficiently and I always felt like I was drowning at work. This also transcended into the need of self-improvement, I was surrounded by coworkers who were content with being stagnant. I found myself worried that I would end up the same way. I now work for one of the appraised companies in the world. I have never learned to be so adept in the workplace. This company has shown me networking skills, strong communication skills, puts a heavy priority on being ethical, and being confident in one’s work. I find myself speaking to the Vice President of the Walt Disney Company, and understanding etiquette in its highest form. The structure of the company is firm and understands the need of improving workplace processes. I noticed that I did not have time to do anything I loved during my studies and I would like to now put that as a priority. In terms of career and monetary goals, I would like a very healthy balance of work, I do not want to become a slave to work. Monetary goals don’t really matter to me, I do not yearn to live in a life of luxury. Of course, I want to create a financial plan that will help me in the long run. I want to live the life that I earn and do not want to exceed further than that. In 10 years, I would like a tax preparer, and work very sparsely. My goal is to see the world. I never yearned a leader, and I prefer to train people instead. I like to teach people the methods and processes of work. The goal with teaching is to understand the person. It does have some leadership skills involved because the people you train trust your direction and credibility when learning these processes, so it’s important to offer direction without being too firm or
