Harvey for three years. She is a great worker capable of earning a top management position.
Doris Matthews has been with the company for 10 years, so she knows how to get new business for them and is well known by law firms.
Anthony Pope is another long time employee, having been with the company for 15 years. He is a great employee who is excellent at resolving major conflicts.
With all of this being said, there are a handful of downsides that all five of the employees have:
Rick Feinberg is very difficult to get along with and he antagonizes the employees at the main office, which could make for a hostile work environment.
Jeff Simon, being very new to the company, is still relatively inexperienced. That doesn’t mean that he won’t improve, due to his nature to want to learn.
Kathy Wallace, due to her working on her M.B.A., she misses work often due to school. This ought to change when she finishes though.
Doris Matthews she is the niece of Mr. Harvey Stanton, which often means she feels entitled over others. Also, she has eye problems and often gets headaches that affect her work quality.

Penalties for illegally discriminating based on the previous factors could be anywhere from small fines to suspension of business practicing, to the complete shutdown of a business. The best way to avoid any of that is to have a diverse workforce that you see as equals. With that being said, I feel as though there are only two employees in Mr. Harvey’s dilemma that should be reviewed for termination. In my opinion, these employees produce the most risk when it comes to promoting a good work environment as well as helping to get stuff done. These employees are Doris Matthews and Rick Feinberg.
First up, Doris Matthews. Doris is a typical victim of nepotism. Nepotism is the practice of favoring friends or relatives, especially by giving them jobs. The only thing that she excels at if the knowledge of her job. On that note, it doesn’t make sense as to why she produces a quality of work that is labeled as poor. She may possibly be the sole reason as to why the workload has diminished so
