The goals and objectives for educating students is defined as an Achievement of The American Dream. Today, many New Jersey public school students are losing interest in being educated and working hard to become leaders in our society. Children should be taught and trained to participate in learning skills and using knowledge to demonstrate positive intentions about life. Many students are losing interest because they complain that teachers are not providing motivation in classrooms.
The motivation for learning skills should be introduced by the parents and the community. The teachers are in the classrooms to provide instruction about learning. Therefore, teachers, students and parents should collaborate about the purpose of education and why their children attend schools. Parents and teachers should inform students that education is a privilege and it will help them to become great leaders someday.
