The relationship Lennie and George have a great relationship, they’re like best friends. The story of mice and men is a great story about a couple guys named George and Lennie. These two are like best friends, they get stuck off by a little creek all because of Lennie, the bigger guy, they were in town and Lennie likes to pet soft things and when he does he doesn’t let go. This leads to them getting in trouble and that's where they end up at the creek. They go to work the next morning and meet everybody and they meet curley’s wife and Curley is the boss. George tells Lennie to stay away from her because she is trouble. Lennie ends up hurting Curley because Curley thought Lennie was laughing at him so he picked a fight with Lennie. Lennie also ends up killing curleys wife on accident and he ends up running away. George goes and finds him and ended up shooting Lennie in the back of the head. In the story, Of Mice and Men George and Lennie are, helping each other out, being there for each other, and trusting each other.

Trusting each other is a big role in basically anything. Lennie and George should be able to trust each other. Even if it is with the other guys. Building trust, not only in a friendship, but just anything, is a main thing. George and Lennie need to trust each other with basically everything. They’ve known each other for a while that they should be able to trust each other. Example, when Lennie goes and hurts Curley. Almost all the guys are there to witness what had happened. Slim tells all the guys that he got his hand caught in one of the machines and even tells Curley that. Slim is trusting the guys not to tell anyone and that builds everyone trusts. When Curley's wife comes up and asks, they say his hand had got caught in the machine. That is trust. They aren’t going to tell what really happens and slim knows he can trust everyone.
