An excellent organization started with a great strategic plan which contains vision, mission, and broad objective. With the Total Quality concept, an organization can develop a strategic plan to give it a “sustainable competitive advantage” in the global marketplace by creatively eliminating “sacred cows” (Goetsch and Davis 70). Total Quality is a different outlook to analyze the issues of teamwork during the process. A simple Total Quality principle states that managers and supervisors eventually have to become leaders. Leaders create a positive atmosphere and remove hostile environment. Team leaders direct employees to improve and relate their potential while working around their separate weaknesses. The accomplishment of the Total Quality approach is based on the triumph of teamwork with concern about individual satisfactions and group missions. Another idea is to conduct the internal partnering with each team. Therefore, unnecessary internal competitiveness will replace with cooperation.
