The professional nursing organization I choose to discuss is American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). It provides a forum for current trends in the professional field of nursing. I will discuss this professional organization aim and activities for Nurse Practitioners. In addition, I will explain how the AANP supports or advocates the evidence based practice standards and concepts of professional nursing.
