Each person learns different, there are some people who require visuals such as charts and diagrams, others who require audio instructions or lectures, and there are others who must do the task before the grasp the specifics of what it is that they need to learn. When it comes to my PLS it is all about the motive supporting the means. I often know exactly what I want and how to get there. I sometimes fail to see that others aren’t always the same when it comes to this idea. Because of that I continually follow what I perceive as ethical practices and fail to understand why others may not. When it comes to how I learn, I am a very hands on person and it helps me to view, repeat, and demonstrate. What I have learned is that this requires me to process what I read a little differently because that is the area where I struggle in my learning.
