It’s of great importance for people to engage themselves in light body physical activities for example jogging for few minutes, run for few minutes but constantly or even walking be it around the building, or in the field it helps a lot in terms of preventing many diseases like the coronary heart disease, stroke, colon cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity (Wray, Jupka, & Ludwig-Bell, 2005).The best way on how to reach the targeted population to promote the walking campaign is through billboards, newspapers, radio and more so poster advertisements. Most of the non- communicable diseases are on rampant globally because of old age, ignorant and low income thus failing to feed on a balanced diet, luxurious lifestyles, and language barriers and failing to engage in body physical activities.
