“A 2010 organization for Economic Co-operation and Development Health Working Paper reports that many countries are searching fro ways to improve health care delivery by reviewing the roles of health care professionals, including nurses” (Reinhard, S., & Hassmiller, S., 2012). Many states have not updated regulations and practices so that nurses can treat their patients to the best of their ability with what they have obtained and earned trhough their training and education. Diversity is also becoming more of a challenge with increases minorities and cultural statistics. By 2050, other ethnicities such as, Indians, Alaskan Natives, African Americans, and Latinos will make up majority of the entire nations population (Reinhard, S., & Hassmiller, S., 2012). If the management team did not exist then expenditures could not be assessed and controlled. The health care field today is highly important with the growing population and many different minorities.
