During the phase of industrialization in America, the companies focused more in their profits. The owners of the organizations were not concerned about the working environment of the condition of the labors. The Triangle Fire incident that happened in New York is the proof of the miserable condition of the labors. In this incident, around 150 labors died in the fire. Lack of safety measures for the labors was one of the important reasons for the occurrence of Triangle Fire (PBS 2011). Labors throughout America were experiencing several problems.
