The WHO estimates that a third of the populace in upward countries does not have access to vital medicines. In addition, several governments and healthcare facilities do not have a steady, continuous, and constant drug supply chain process. Irresponsible monitoring of medication consumption, concerns for medication reliability, uncertain supplies of drugs, and unauthorized drug diversion among the hospital staff for personal use all focus on the supply chain problems in under resourced sceneries.
