Due to this assignment, I have thought of many ways to communicate with my students and even list some of those ways in the lesson plan. One of the main ways I plan on verbally communicating with my future students is to walk around and check on students while they are working on assignments. This allows me to see where exactly my students are at class work. Walking around to verbally communicate with students also allows students to ask me any questions that they may have that they do not feel comfortable asking in front of the class. This is a common fear that students have and most students will go without getting the answer to the question because they do not want to be embarrassed in front of the class. This form of communication eliminates that embarrassment. Also, in the lesson plan project, I illustrate a time when I will be standing in front of the class and explaining the assignment Those times in the lesson made me realize that the main nonverbal form of communication that I am going to be using are my stances and hand gestures.
