There are many types of eating disorders out there but I want to focus on the main ones which are Bulimia, Anorexia and Binge- Eating Disorder. Is important, parents, teachers, and even schools can contribute in these efforts. Parents might begin to exercise with their children, improving their own as well as their children‘s health. They can also do fun activities as a family, that way they can feel stronger and united as a family. Going to therapy as a family is also a great idea. Teachers can serve as role models and mentors for the development of healthy attitudes and behaviors in relation to nutrition and activity.
