The virtual team member will be developed to be flexible, have a strong focus on building relationships, be excellent communicators, equipped with emotional intelligence and focused on the process and outcome along with the ability to give active and constructive feedback (Society for Human Resource Management, 2011). Managing globalization may require breaking with traditional ways of managing human capital to take advantage of opportunities in new markets (Society for Human Resource Management, 201, p. 134). Ethics training is an essential part of business ethics. Ethics should be linking up with the organization’s core values and mission statement. An organization’s ethics matter significantly because standards replicate the organization’s reputation regarding reliance, reverence, impartiality, and fair-mindedness” (Society for Human Resource Management, 2015, p. 119). A perception of ethic is good because most of the time employees don’t care what the outcome is as long as it is fair. For example, if an instructor shows favoritism to a personal interest group of students a grade of A on all their work, but the rest of students received a grade of C the outcome will not be an indication of organizational justice. Strong organizational ethics need to be in conjunction with maintaining development programs in the business. Corporate ethics are concerned with the ethical issues taken on by board member and management along with the moral impact on organizational decision-making (Suhonen, 2011, p.285-303). From a Biblical perspective, God has given each of us the gift to create, but it is up to us to uncover them and use the gift for His glory (Exodus 35:30-33, New King James Version).
