Now personally, I don’t mind shopping for clothes especially when I get to sit back on a couch and swipe through Amazon; but unlike most people, I really can’t find joy in spending a day at the mall, exploring store after store after store.
Unlike myself, my parents have fancied themselves to be “good shoppers”, now, “what might that be?” you ask; I have found that it’s not about the clothes you buy or how much money you spend, being a “good shopper” is about persistence and how far you would go to get those 50% off jeans at JC Penny's; being a “good shopper” is about buying things you need not want and most importantly, being a good shopper is about decisiveness.

Although I would never truly know or understand why or how they became such dedicated shoppers, I believe that my parents shopping habits stem from their inability to purchase all they may have desired as children due to financial issues, therefore, leading to a metaphoric hole in their hearts which has attempted to have been filled with clothes and shoes.
