Panic attacks don’t occur from a certain source, most of the time they just happen without warning. The next disorder is generalized anxiety order. With this disorder, one experiences constant anxiety for a long period of time. Most people with this disorder have a hard time concentrating on other things and because of this, their lives become focused on their worry. OCD, also known as obsessive compulsive disorder, is another major anxiety disorder. With OCD people are constantly taken over by unwanted obsessions. They feel like they have to submit to these obsessions. An example of this would be a man who has to open and shut a door 10 times before entering or exiting through it. Many people have a hard time functioning in their daily lives because of this (Feldman, 2013). The final main anxiety disorder is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. People who have PTSD most often have had a traumatizing experience. This disorder is very common amongst military veterans. An example would be that a military veteran might hear thunder and freak out thinking that is guns being fired. They are constantly being brought back to the traumatic experience in their head against their will. These anxiety disorders have similar symptoms,
