At the dawn of the twenty-first century, no one would have believed 2 children would get sucked up into a stone symbol which took them to another dimension. No one would have thought that after a hundred years away, was an alien desperate for the throne. Who would have thought that there was another living planet, blue and rocky without humans but with these orange, poisonous, four-eyed creatures that can kill you in a second. But then, perhaps, until a sunny Thursday afternoon when everything changed, we were right.

“Oh, there has been a strange light flashing near the cave in the forest. Holly told me, she was camping with her family and suddenly she saw strange lights of all colours, she said it was trying to lead her somewhere,” replied Carrie,” anyway goodbye and good luck!”
Kayley thought to herself. “Should I go, should I not? I don’t want to upset my brother but what if it puts us in danger…?”Kayley decided she will wait and see on the day.

The day had arrived at last; the tents were set up, the fire was scorching hot and the marshmallows were ready to turn into smores. Kayley looked at the starry sky as the clouds travelled through the whistling wind. Although she has been here before, something felt different. Kayley was stargazing until she heard the trees rumbling. “What was that?” Kayley asked, running towards Ryan.
“I don’t know.” Replied Ryan, as beads of sweat dropped down his forehead. “Let me go and see.”
1 step. 2 step. 3 step. Every step was a baby one but every one counted. Suddenly, an eerie light beamed up and down near the cave.
