Everyone has suffered from test anxiety at some point in their life. For most people, it seems to happen after the first question is read. A students confidence goes down significantly if the test seems harder than they anticipated. Another term many students are familiar with is “going blank.” Students have studied the material but when the test is passed out their brain shuts off. In the study process, students need to read the lesson a maximum of three time then move on to the next. Students who try to “perfectly” learn the material will go no where when looking at the big picture. The students who study one lesson perfectly will fall behind his/her peers who studied all the material and went back over
