*Unfortunately, the quality of the supply company chips that Tech Manufacturing Company received from Computer Solutions Inc was found to be 25 percent defective; therefore, the computer chips were unusable in our product. This resulted in the company incurring extra time and unbudgeted cost; also, it led us to violate one of our company mission to provide high quality product to our customers that is delivered fast and efficient, thereby negatively impacting both customer and the company reputation.

While it would be understand suggested by your company that we could repair the defective computer chips, our company is not prepared to or equipped handle that request. Furthermore, our customers have already be delayed in delivery in of our product to them; this again impacting our reputation and our brands mission to provide excellent customers service. On the other hand, I did promise the sales representative that our company would take on responsibility, if your company was able to provide proof that all parts were in good condition upon delivery and the defects occur on some error during our installation.
