The latest experience I have got working in a group, is at university for the course Management Development Programme; every week there is a group activity to hand in class, and the teachers do not evaluate the single student, but they determine the quality of our work as a team. There are not precise goals in the team, as a consequence the overall team performance is very scarce and the projects are not finished in time, in addition the job commitment is not the same for every member of the team. There are only individual goals and everybody minds his own interests.
