What is stress? According to ther webiste meriiam-webster.com “ a state of mental tension and worry caused by problems in your life, work, etc; something that causes strong feelings of worry or anxiety” Many people may have a different perspective of what stress is, regardless of what it is we all undergo stress in some form. After reading the articles provided I have concluded that some of the biggest things that can trigger stress are school and work, when and if stress is appropriate and what stress can do so somebody’s mental and physical state.
According to source A it tastes, “ Going to school is busy and stressful because there is lots to do and you have to get to class (perhaps for the first time) at a particular time. It requires careful planning, careful timing, and preparation.” This shows that school is one of the major things that trigger stress.
