Another big and constructive step BSNL was supposed to take as per outcome of SWOT analysis to cater to internal organizational issue was to reduce its manpower and streamline it as per new business needs and strategic goals. If I have to ask key stakeholders the questions and additional information then based on their PESTLE and SWOT analysis it was highlighted that their fore is not techno savvy so my query is just reduction in manpower may not solve the issue in its entirety and thus what are their plans to replace old work force by technical and more qualified manpower in near
