Monica enjoys exploring the intersections of art, design, and culture. These traits are shown in her collaborative exhibitions. Monica has published a lot of material discussing art, design, and architecture over the years. Some of her other publications include Revisiting the Glass House: Contemporary Art and Modern Architecture, an essay in Claiming Space: Mexican Americans in US Cities, and Frank Lloyd Wright Mid-Century Modern. Not only has she published a couple of articles, she has won some awards over the years too.
