Characteristics of Innovation
A key feature in closing the gap that exists between common practice and best practice is basically the capacity of health care workers to quickly spread new ideas and innovations. Pockets of brilliance exist in health care systems, however understanding of these better concepts and practices regularly remains inaccessible and indefinite for others. The characteristics of my idea that made it stress-free to spread and implement were relative advantage, simplicity, compatibility, trialability, and observability.

To start with, leadership is a component that involves setting the outline and allocating responsibility for the spread.
